Duty and Tax
Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of
the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Roseeswim is
not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international
shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as
payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
Returns
We are happy to accept exchange/returns for items that remain in
their original condition with the tags and liners. Exchange/returns will
only be accepted if the item has been unused and unworn for either a
refund, exchange, or store credit. The shipping fee for the return by DHL, for $40, will be deducted from your refund.
You must request an exchange/return via email at: info@roseeswm.com within 14 days of receiving your package. The exchange can be for another product, depending on
availability – we cannot guarantee a specific size or style will be
available for exchange. If the size and/or style you request are not
available, you will be given credit to use on our website.
While there is no restocking fee or exchange fee, you are responsible for all shipping costs of both the exchanged product
and the replacement product.
Once you have received an email confirmation that we received your
request, please follow our exchange/return instructions below:
To make an exchange, you need to return the original item you purchased
and make a new purchase on our website. You will have the new order
delivered within 5-10 days with DHL express delivery.
When submitting a return, we will send you a DHL return form via email
and you will need to contact DHL to arrange a pick up time slot.
The refund will be processed within 5 business days after the delivery of
the returned items, and can either be credited back to your original
payment method or converted into store credit.
Please note sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more and are not eligible for return. We will process your refund within 1-5 business days once received. Any price difference between the returned item(s) and the item(s) selected for the exchange must be paid by you.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.
